09 Grizzly 700 EPS - Lots of mods

Im selling the grizz. Its been a great bike... awesome bike actually. I really hate the thought of seeing it go, but i have the itch to try a can-am 800... nothing that i dont like about the grizzly, just want to try a bike with stupid power. If i regret it i will sell it and buy another grizzly lol. Please keep the posts relevant to the sale, not about can-am vs. yamaha or about how stupid i am, ha!

Anyway... about the grizzly. First off, i am the first owner and have a clean and clear title. All the mods are in the sig. I made a list of all the aftermarket accessories, mods, and add ons that i have on this bike with prices. I have roughly $4,000 dollars worth of aftermarket parts on it alone. I have a few extras to include too. I have a brand new set of heavy duty tie rod ends and tie rods (bought them to keep as spares but never used them), and i have 3 stock spare axles that are in perfect shape. I also have a whole set of brake pads still in the wrapper. May have a few other extras as well that i just cant think of right now.

This bike was meticulously maintained. I am OCD about maintenance and having everything work the way its suppose to. Forget the owner manuals recommended maintenance schedule, i perform basic maintenance operations way more often than it recommends. I replace the diff fluid every 1 or 2 rides where the bike spends a considerable amount of time in the water, i change the oil every 6 rides or so... pretty much when the oil starts to get dark, which is way more often than it needs. I only run amsoil or royal purple full synthetic in the motor. I clean the air filter after every dusty ride, and even if there is little to no dust i wont go more than 2 or 3 rides without at least checking the filter.

This bike is in excellent condition. Mechanically it is flawless. Every single one of the bearings, bushings, and joints are tight as new. Just before the last ride i changed a couple wheel bearings and the pins and bushings on one of the rear hubs. I have not ridden the bike since i installed brand new rear brake pads, and the front pads are almost new (only one ride on them).

The only imperfections you will find on this bike are cosmetic. It has some scratches, but overall the plastics are in great shape. If you search hard enough you will find a little rust here and there on bolts or other unpainted surfaces, but thats to be expected out of a 2 year old bike that has been ridden frequently. And of course, since it has been in the mud more than once, there are stains on the engine and diffs. Like i said, only cosmetic imperfections.

There are a couple add ons that need a little TLC though. For some reason, my stereo is not working properly. It still plays, but it is not but maybe half as loud as it once was and it does not sound very good. I guess it has a loose connection somewhere... but i didnt build it and dont know anything about sound system wiring so i have not messed with it. I honestly have no idea what the issue could be though. And during the last right my fuel controller died... it runs pretty good without it, but its a little down on power compared to when the fuel controller was working. Everything else works great though.

This bike is in great shape and has never been abused, it is my baby. Asking $6900. That seems so cheap to me knowing how much time, money, blood, sweat, and tears i have in this bike, but i know that i have to price it competitively to sell it. No trades please, only interested in cash.

It has 10xx miles on it and about 200-250 hours. That is nothing for this bike though, especially since i maintained it so well.

Money talks, dont be afraid to call and shoot me an offer, all i can do is say no thanks. Im definitely not going to give it away though. Feel free to hit me up at anytime if you want to come take if for a spin or have any questions. My cell phone number is 225-721-seven one five five. Call or text. My voicemail does not work so if i dont answer please shoot me a text.

I live in Saint Francisville, La. and work in Baton Rouge. I go to Preston, Mississippi 3 times a month so i could meet you anywhere between Saint Francisville and there as well.

Thanks, Nick.

Let us know how the new flavor turns out. Our most recent creek ride had some Can AM friends, my son wants on too, but he needs a J.O.B.

Thanks for the kind words. We have engaged in some very good discussions on here! Dont worry, i will not be leaving. I would miss you guys too much haha. I will def drop by and help talk someone into a set of rox risers every now and then or get in a heated discussion about tires. lol

Im definitely going to take some time to write up a very detailed comparison between the outlander and grizzly. Im sure i will miss some things about the grizzly. One obvious thing i will miss is having ground clearance! Power is just so fun though, especially when you are trying to sling monster tires. I like to try new things anyway so this will be a good experience no matter what.
