700 grizz $2800
Quad is a 2007 and in great shape except it doesnt run right now. It doesnt seem to have much compression and i cant get it to start. I took it in trade so i dont know much history but i found some water in the intake area. The crankcase oil and the oil in both rears were water free. The quad is camo and has mudzillas on itp wheels with power steering and shows 2032 miles. It is located in marathon fl 33050 and im asking 2800 or make me a offer. "

I don't know about the "great shape" comment.
She's got an eye missing.
(missing a-arm boots, bent rear rack, missing oil cover, rust all over)
If I saw a girl in a bar with a missing eye, but great tires....eh.......well, o.k. your right. I guess you can overlook some things if they have great "tires".

Not a dealer you say?
First post on the forum is to sell a quad.
I see several quads in the backround, a floor jack, you took it in on trade - but your not a dealer?
I was born at night - but not last night............

Again no i am not a dealer. i just found this site because i am trying to sell my quad. my son has 2 quads and i have 2 quads. i took this quad in trade for some axles i had for sale. i didnt know it made you a dealer to have a few quads and a floorjack? anyway i guess the quad was swamped because as i said in my first post i saw some water in the intake area.maybe i am not as picky as some of you but i think it is in great shape.MKR no thanks on the 1750 but maybe we can work something out.

That grizz is in rough shape. I'd say part it out. No telling what else has been used and abused on that thing.

Once you sell the plastics, tires/rims and EPS unit, you will have close to your $2800.

That's What I'm thinking. $2800 seems fair to me, swamped or not. A GOOD Ebayer/Craigs Lister can make $4000 out of this thing parting it out. No questions.
If you could, the trick is this. Take the time to tear it down, inspect all parts thouroughly, and deem them saleable, or not. If so, clean them spotlessly, and get on a Micro-Feishe. List all parts with descriptions, actual Yamaha part number, etc etc. Spend the time, and you will reap the harvest, TRUST ME. It works.
Take a look at the Electrical Section, and read my post on the Flashing Lights/Fuel Pump thing. You've got a $400 pump/sending unit in that thing.
Pump $400
Plastics (What) $500
Tires/Rims $300
EPS Unit Lists for $1100. Maybe $600 or so.
You get the hint. Check out Ronayers Micro-Feish
