General Discussion Welcome to General Discussion. This is a general forum where we talk about anything that is NON-GRIZZLY related. Please post in the appropriate forum that relates (we have engine forums, tire forums, accessory forums...and all the others too) to your topic. This way when someone (including us) comes here to look for answers, it will be a lot easier to find info. If you are posting something in general that you cant find a forum for, then this is the place to put it. Thanks for helping us try to get the info organized.

New toy...Brute Force 750

Right place, right time.....got a deal on an 06 Brute and had to bring it home. It's all stock, with the carb engine and IRS. I've never been around one but I know the mudders like 'em. I don't plan on keeping it but I'm sure I'll take a joy ride or two. Does anyone have any input on these bikes?

You'll notice it's pretty snappy. Great straight line machine.

If I wasn't a Yamaha guy, this is the machine that would be in my garage. A friend of mine has one and it is a good bike.

A lil bigger, just over 50lbs heavier, and 10mph faster with a nice sounding snappy engine. Front end sounds like a loose part bouncing around in the diff. Stiff suspension and lots of feedback from the trail, it's a workout. Make sure you know your range if your used to your Grizz on long rides, it burns up the fuel. Some serious nightmare stories on Brute problems scared me away from buying one. They are sexy looking.

I rode one for a day and liked it, but I am spoiled by my Grizz now. People rave on the Kawi power but after my break in and very minor engine tweaks/mods, it doesn't seem like much difference.
