power steering not working

hey guys i got a 07 700 grizzly with p/s and it doesnt feel like its working. ive compared it to my brothers quad( exact same model and year) and his works way better. Any ideas on what i should check first?

unplug the eps fuse and see if there is a difference. I thought mine quit working but it turns out that I had just gotten use to it.
