Hi, Has anyone had their light bulbs fall into the head light assembly. Both of mine fell in. It looks like the metal ring around the bulb the solder broke off. I dont think I was riding it that hard. LOl. Now I have to take off the whole light just to take out the bulb. A magnet didnt work.

I can happen when you get the headlight switch stuck between low beam and high beam. Too much current and heat causes the solder to melt.

I loaded the quad into the truck, I looked back they were intact. The keys were with me in the cab. About 1 hr and 50 miles later my wife noticed the light bulbs were floating in the light housing.

I had a yamaha warrior and it did the same thing and my buddy has a 660 and it did the same thing i was talking to the dealer and it common that they fall out. they are cheap but if i was you i would spend the little extra money and put some HID in them. you will see that it will brighten your night up..

It's easy to do if you remove complete front grill.
