Post Rebuilding 08 Grizzly 700 Motor

Hello I am new to the forum. I am currently in the process of rebuilding my 08 Grizzly 700 motor and there is one piece in there that fell from somwhere when i separated the crankcase. It looks like a ball bearing. I have studied all the breakdowns of the engine and cannot find this piece anywhere in any book or computer image. I have no idea where it would go so I was wondering if anyone has done a rebuild and may know where this piece goes?? Or maybe if somone knows of a tear down view of the motor where i can study it and it would show me where it goes? U would be a life saver. Thank you

It is the shifter detent. It goes behind the bolt that is right to the inside of the shifter. It has a spring inside of the bolt and the bb goes at the bottom, fitting the indentions on the shaft.
