Hi, i have a 2003 660 that has a terrible exhaust chatter from the muffler when you rev from 1/4 to full throttle, has anyone heard of this before?, can i remove the baffle or is there another fix/mod?, thanks.

my uncle had the same problem on an 04 660 i believe he took the baffle out of his i know he put a ebay tip on it and the noise went away

my dads 660 does the same thing.....i think its from the heat protector on top.....it needs to be tightened and stuff......we tried to tighten it but the bolt broke making it even louder.....gonna have to figure something out

Thanks Mack450, i have a new heatshield fitted and with it removed it makes the same noise, does anyone know where i can find the stock muffler mod?, cheers
