What year is my Big Bear?

I just became an owner of a Yamaha Big Bear 350.
I need to find out what year it is to start my search for parts. I found a number on the frame # JY43HNW09l0023837

I need the front fender. Any suggestions on where to look?
Thanks !

I think it's a 1990 model. The 10th digit in the VIN above doesn't appear to be a "1". It appears to be a lowercase "L". All the letters in the VIN should be capital letters, so maybe that's a typo. If it is, indeed an "L", then it's a 1990 model. And I don't think Yamaha made a 350 Big Bear in '01, it would have to be a 400 Big Bear if it was made in '01. Here's a chart that you can use to find the year. Just find the 10th digit and match it up in the chart.
