What should I pay for a new grizzly 700?

Hello everyone this is my first post so bear with me. I'm planning to buy my first grizzly in the next couple of months. I'm looking for a 2012 or newer grizzly 700. I've done a lot of research and a lot of reading on here and I think the grizz is the way to go. I'm from NC and was wondering what kind of deals you guys got on yours. I originally was thinking the 550 but after a lot of reading I'm leaning toward the 700. I checked a dealer in Mooresville and they said for a 2012 green 700 with eps OTD was 9399. Does this sound about right? I wouldn't mind driving a little ways if I can find a better deal. Another dealer in Winston had a 2013 grizzly 550 non eps OTD for 10300. I thought for a 550 that was really high. I appreciate any info or feedback anyone has. Thanks!

I bought my 07 700 back when the first FI/EPS models hit the showroom, I didnt shop around much as they were all pretty much tagged the same on the showroom floors so I went to my local stealership and bought the Blue 07 700 FI/EPS + tax and title cash money out the door for me was 10,200$.

FYI , not sure what the OTD price would be but maybe a phone call could clear things up. Good Luck

Thats about what I paid for mine 2 years ago, but with an extended warranty. I didn't really shop around either. I called one morning and asked if they had one in stock, they said they did so I went after work and picked it up.

Nah, no kisses. What ya have to realize is I bought mine when the FI/EPS first hit the showroom and they could get away with the rape. When I bought mine there were very few on the showroom floors, I checked around and only a couple dealers had them in stock. And I would rather pay a lil extra then have to drive 500 miles. I know I paid a lot by some of you guys standards but when the FI first hit the market dealers (at least around my area ) were raping left and right cause they knew they could get away with it. Now that FI/EPS is not new great deals can be had. I waited a long looonnnggg time for the first quad I could call my own with my money and my name on the title, so after I started my career and got into a financial position to buy my grizz with my first bonus which more than covered the cost of my grizz I jumped on it. It just so happened to be at the time when the new stuff hit the market and I didnt care. I know I didnt get a great deal but I got what I wanted...

Mattiemo do you have the name of the dealership you got yours from? And thanks guys for all the replies. I don't mind a little drive but I don't see myself driving like 500 miles to save a couple hundred bucks.

I paid $7500 in January for my 700 EPS FI with aluminum "premium" wheels and extra 4 years of warranty OTD it was a left over last one left of 11' and they had a lot of 12' on the floor so they gave me a bit of a deal.

I just bought a 2013 700 non-eps for $7279 and a 2013 550 non-eps for $6579 OTD in Latrobe PA. I highly recommend this dealership - Hillview Motorsports. A friend of mine went to the dealer in Wytheville, VA and bought a 2013 Tac black 700 SE. They matched the lowest advertised price he had found, just a little over $8000 (Hillview). He was very satisfied with his experience there. It might be a little closer for you. My local dealers wanted MSRP minus the rebate for a cash deal. For that much of a difference it was worth the drive!

Well you should think yourselves lucky. I've just purchased a new 700 Grizzly. With EPS. I managed to get a good deal!!! Believe me it took about a month of going backwards and forwards with offer and counter offer. And I was happy with my price. When you see it you'll understand why I want to come and live Stateside. So here goes, don't laugh too much, my price was "all in" cost of quad, taxes, license plate registration but not delivery. So my price was 13,071.78 $US.
