My own dumb fault for leaving the key in and in the on position for two weeks in the freezing cold but now it wont even charge. I only bought the Griz this past February as a leftover. I took the battery home and after it warmed up, I pluuged in the Moose Utilities Battery Tender Junior to it and let it charge for 12+ hours and still its not charged. Is it completely screwed up? What should I replace it with if it cant be revived? TIA.
IMO , the battery is NOT the thing you want to try and same a few $$$ on . Especially since you don't have a recoil backup start . Go get a name brand with a good warranty or go back to OEM . Mine was $ 109 if I recall , but my first OEM lasted almost 2 years before I did the exact same thing you did LOL . Usually once you kill them that bad , they don't recover .
Still running the 05 Kodiak OEM battery with no issues and I never have it on the tender and it gets cranked maybe once or twice a week .
