when my machine was new it did that too what i did was just inch ahead and kind of wiggle the machine to get it to engage just because it was so new everything has its own breakin period the more you get it to engage and disengage itll become easier but if the problem presists id take it in

put it in reverse and back up locks it in every time, that dont work you got a problem.

OK Guys, I have tried the above with no luck. But I have discovered its not going into 4wheel drive. Front drive shaft is turning but not at axles.

Mine was like that till i put in syn gear oil, not as bad now. Was even better with lucus instead of valvoline also.

Be careful not to use synthetic to soon, finish your brake in period and address some of the issues with the dealer.
While we can offer up plenty of possible things give the trained mechanics a chance to chime in too.
