Outwear, Pre charger

So let me get this straight K&N does not make a outwear/precharger for there airfilter to fit the 09' 550??.
I can't find it anywhere on there website.PLease if anyone knows something I don't please educate me. One more thing can a 2R exhaust tip and a k&n fllter be used without tweaking the air/fuel ratios or doing anything else with the fuel system or any timing mods. Like u do when a full exhaust is installed. And can a uni filter be used with the 2r tip. K&N makes a better filter right. I will be on this site probably for the remainder of the evening, pLease get back to me. Maybe we can talk by phone if somebody knows anything so I understand all this. help.

No, they do not offer a prefilter for the 700/550. You can run the tip and hi-flow air filter with no problems. Only a few have mentioned developing a lean condition. I run a uni on my 700. I like the idea of a dual layer set-up, giving a extra chance to catch the small/fine particles.

Nope, just the filter. The stock air filter leaves alot to be desired.
