Tiger Tail

I'm not really reviewing the Tiger Tail product, as I just installed it and have not used it, but I'm writing this to relate my experience with the guys at TigerTail from a customer service standpoint.

I ordered their mount plate and when I received it, there was no hardware. I was kind of upset. It took about two weeks for the mount plate to get to me in Ohio from South Dakota, and I figured that I would have to wait another two weeks for the hardware.

On the off chance that someone would actually answer the phone number on their website, I called the folks at TigerTail at about 7:30 pm EST. A fellow named Kevin answered, pulled up my order, apologized for the error and assured me that the hardware would be shipped the following day.

Checked my inbox the next day and there was an email explaining that the item had shipped and that they had paid the extra for the two day shipping!

I am really happy with the way they addressed my issue and if any of you guys are thinking of buying a TigerTail, do NOT worry about their customer service, those guys are great.

I have a Tiger Tail. I have used it almost every time I go riding with others. It is sooooo handy to just pull in front of them, and pull them out in seconds. No more wet tow straps and unwinding rope and making knots, etc.
You all have seen the number of mods on my Grizz. This is the best Mod I made......hands down. There is nothing better than pulling somebody else out of the slop after u made it through. Sure, speed and bling is nice. But this is why I ride and get the most enjoyment....being able to bust balls because I needed to haul their sorry azz out! hahahahaha

You will NOT regret paying the $$$ for this.

Got the Tail

X2 for the Tail. I have had mine for aobut 2 yrs now and love it. No problems with it at all, just keep it busy pulling my buddies out!!!!

Definately worth the $$ to keep from getting so muddy dealing with a tow strap.

Great Mod

If you keep pulling people out, you must be riding with a bunch of Non-grizz slackers. You need to step up and suggest a nice mod for their Popo. Put it on the back rack of a Grizzly !!!!

Personally, I would rather ride with PoPo's and other "off" ATV's. If I rode with just Grizzlies all the time, nobody would get stuck or break down to eed my help.....Notice, I didn't say roll over or get into an accident.....LoL!
