ATVless

Hey, just joined and checking out the Griz forum. Looking forward to getting my first ATV, the 700 Grizzly EPS. Plan on getting it in Jan 2010, if I can hold out that long :)

I wonder if I could get the stock tires switched to Bighorns at the time of purchase?

Yeah, some dealers will do a swap out, but I would get your best quote and then mention the trade so you can tell if it will be cheaper than just buying a set from ATV Outfitters, Dick's ATV or others.

Bigtwin Welcome to GC, the brotherhood of all things Grizzly. Be sure and use the time before your purchase to search the forums here, and stroll through the garage. You will find many great mods to add to your Grizzly wish list.

As for switching out the stock tire to the Bighorns at your dealer. Anything is possible for the right money. Use this time to shop tire prices, then you can compare what your dealer will offer. Most Wal-marts will mount ATV tires for under $20.00.

Now enjoy your stay here, and all that is Grizzly.

welcome big twin, i know there isn't much of a difference between the 2010's and 09's and you might be able to get an 09 for a good deal now before the new ones arrive, i did.

hahahahahahaha.......no chance.
I think that there will be color differences and maybe 3-4 small changes....If you can find a good deal on a 2009....take it!!! YOu will be paying $500+ more for the 2010 for nothing.

Good Luck and WELCOME!

I'm holding out :)

I'll likely keep it stock bu if I were to add anything, what couple of items should I add? I plan to ride it around on my place (100 acres) of native grass pasture and some creekbottom crossing and ride Colorado trails for a week each September near Pitkin,CO. I also plan on riding two on it.

I was going o have my dealer put on a tire and wheel package but they wanted 1,100.00. I called Mike at Dicks atv and got the same setup for 650.00 free shipping. Also check out PitBull tires they are offering a 25% discount until mid November.
