Awesome Grizzly 700 with tracks
Ran into this machine while I was out riding today - the guy said it cost him roughly $4,000 - - has had them on for about a year now.
I live in Alaska and he said last winter he took it out with his buddies who were all riding snowmobiles and he was able to go through deeper @#^& than they were.
He let me test drive it out on the rocks and a river crossing (about 30-36 inches) and it performed like a dream..... I wish I could afford this mod....

Those tracks look awesome. I would like to try a set myself.

A guy i know at a local dealer was trying to sell me 3 used tracks for $500. $1000 a track new. So for $1500 i would be rolling on tracks, but i then realized that i would be in axle problems, + i would need to always use a trailer to haul the grizz.
Was tempting though.

I've been running tracks on my Grizz for 3 years with no axle problems at all, and it fits in the back of the truck easily, just have to leave the tailgate down.
Although mine are all season, like the ones pictured, I run tires in the summer, since they cut your speed down and the tracks are too expensive to wear out on the rocks.

6'6" bed and 700. Ride with a guy on the 660 with no probs either. As long as you don't crank it hard left or right in deep snow or up against a hill and then gun it you'll be fine with tracks.

Im sure those would be pretty sweet in mud too. I'd love a set, too pricey for my blood though. I think i read somewhere it cuts down the top speed to like 45 or so.

Top speed on the flats 40mph (68 on speedo) and that's as fast as you want to go on tracks, trust me. Each track weighs almost 70 lbs, so even if I could wheelie it, I wouldn't, but it won't.
Cleaning these things after hitting some mud on the trail is a pain in the butt. I wouldn't want to do it after going through some real mud, and at almost $3500 I wouldn't put that kind of wear and tear on them anyway.
In the winter, riding in the mountains about 5 or 6 thousand feet in some real deep powder, they are worth every penney!
