I believe stock that they are speed limited 67kph and rpm limited to 6500 rpm.We put a dynatek unit on are 09 700 rhino and stock was 76 kph and raises rpm to 8000 I believe. There are lots of aftermarket controllers for rhinos just browse the net I'm sure you"ll find one to suit your needs

I have a 2008 Rhino sport,my first mods were a K&N filter and an msd fuel controler.Set the limiter to 8000 rpm,int also got rid of the reverse limiter the top speed rose from 66kph(40mph) to 84kph(50mph) with no other mods at that time,I was now not the slowest machine in the poker run on the pavement.

Adding rpm to the motor to get top speed is a time bomb waiting to happen.
You can get more top speed With stock rpm by machining the primary clutch, I have done a bunch.
25% lower take off ratio and 6-10 mph more top speed if you have the hp to push it.
