Looking for ride information in Arizona

I live in NY, went to school at the U of A in Tucson. My son, age 12 has been riding a raptor since age 4, now has a 550 Grizzly, my wife rides a 550 Grizzly and I have a 700.
I took them to Arizona 2 years ago during thanksgiving. We rode horses, I have a bulged disk, as a consequence, it took 4 teenagers to get me off the horse. The next rides, I stayed at the car.
I know where is this going.
Well, I checked into renting ATV's for a ride, there was several issues, they all evolved around money. To rent atv's, I needed 3, the rentals were mostly something like 3 hours, as a result the cost was in the neighbor hood of $1,000 a day.

Can anyone direct me to a less expensive route, if someone was interested and wanted to do some riding in NY, woods, hills & mud, we could maybe work out a trade.

pictures from one of our rides. There are other albums also on Picasa, Richard Rockefeller

One good place to look is the Arizona game and Fish web site. It is www.azgfd.gov and has a whole section devoted to O.H.V. I would not plan a trip to the southern part of the state between June and September as the heat down here gets into three digits and stays.
