Odd detail on front bar....?

Hi all and greetings from Finland.

I have recently bought a Grizzly 350 and was wondering what this is for on the front carrier? Probably not anything important but I loose a lot of sleep not knowing what it's for.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi Niklas, that little bracket is for housing an hour meter, I think maybe Australia might be the only market where they actually come with the hour meter installed
