I plan on going with a 10-inch one by KC Hilites. I did my own research and for now this one by KC seems a good option to me, as it is resistant to vibration, temperatures, moisture etc.
And it is the least expensive bar out of the off-road led bars by good brands:

PIAA, Westin and others are overpriced imo.

I run a "12 Totron light bar because it fits between the bars on the front which gives me full use of the front rack still and it is plenty bright. There are lots of good cheap options on Ebay and Amazon.

I went with the 7" kimpex for my Griz it has a 4 row cree light set up, I really like it, it fits in between my front bumper bars neatly for protection, its that bright it drowns out the factory led headlights and really lights up the trail, it comes with everything you need from the plug and play wiring harness and relay and lighted on/off and all the mounting hardware, its rugged design is made to handle the abuse of any atv or sxs, two years running it now no problems, very pleased and a great upgrade, I was concerned that 7" was not long enough so it would not be that bright, I was wrong, I paid just over $100 bucks for it from my dealer.

2016 700 Grizzly SE 26" HTR Bear Claws, dual heat demon warmers, factory aluminum skid plates, Ropak fuel pack, hand guards with mirrors, Coops machined sheave and purple spring, rear seat with storage, rear Yamaha bumper 3000lb warn winch, kimpex gen 2 front bumper, kimpex 7" led lightbar EHS fuel controller .5mm shim exhaust mod

$130+ for a 10" bar is way overpriced if it doesn't have the Rigid name on it.

Ive run a ton of brands on my trucks, jeep, and quads. If you want pods or bars that last a lifetime no atter the abuse, go Rigid. We even run them on our cat loaders at work, there is real abuse.

but on a quad, a decent $30-50 set of pods or a small bar from Amazon.
best cheap brands have been Kawell, Auxbeam, and Nilite.

Out of curiosity, did you take amperage measurements of any of the lights?

My Grizzly came with a 20" light bar labeled 120W, and it looks just like the Auxbeam/Nilight/whatever 120W, 20" light bars on Amazon - same heatsink extrusion, same endcaps, same LED/lens pattern, etc.. Turning it on, it's easily brighter than the headlights, yeah. BUT: It was nowhere near what an actual 120W of LED light would look like. Having been around the block a few times with LEDs, I took a S.W.A.G. at it and guessed 35W, then got out my amp meter... 3.10 amps @13.8V. I got looking at the reviews of all of the inexpensive Amazon LED bars, all of them had reviews showing similar amp draws.

I have never used Rigid, but I *assume* they're more honest in their specs. If so, it helps justify the price if you're getting actual specs, not 1/3 of what's claimed!

I would get a cheap auxbeam from amazon and hook it up to a 2 prong pigtail, worst case you buy 2 of the cheapies and spend half of what you would on a name brand

IDK. I bought a cheap Nilight the other day on Amazon just for fun, knowing that it's NOT waterproof like it claims. It claims 72W, I measured volts/amps, and it's actually 21W... and doesn't even look very bright for 21W. I'd say it's more like two of the handheld AAA-powered LED flashlights you get at Costco.

I really wish there was a good option between the nilight/auxbeam junk and the overpriced Rigid.

There is. Totron. In the past, they have been about 1/3 the price of Rigid. Many members have reported they are nearly or just as bright and I haven't seen any complaints about build quality. Fair warning: Buy from Totron. I bought what I thought was a Totron bar on Ebay and later found out that it may not have been. I didn't spend a bunch but I don't know for sure that I got what I paid for. The bar works great and is plenty bright for pitch dark riding but in the future I will buy directly from Totron. Like it was mentioned earlier by @jvictory1974 , the bar fits perfectly under the rack.

Can you buy directly from them? I searched their site, it looks like they're more B2B than B2C.
