Squirrel damage

My 2009 550fi has four codes now. 12, 15, 22, 41. It sat for almost 4 years due to crazy circumstances. A squirrel got in around the battery and chewed up a couple wiring harness. I have a few pictures if it helps but a wiring diagram so I can order the missing pieces a cheap as possible would be great. Can anyone help or am I at the hands of a dealer? It.ran perfectly when it was parked with non ethanol gasoline.

I think new harnesses because one may be missing. I could cut and slice some wires but I think new harnesses or used as long as it dont break the bank. Lol

Is each harness possibly related to a code?

Sorry to hear about your issues. Damn squirrels ate most of the gas cap off my old POS push lawn mower a few years ago! No matter how many times I tried, I never could get all the plastic shavings cleaned out of the gas tank. Finally just junked the mower.

I bet you'll need a f.s.m. for the code to the system it represents, then for the damaged wire(s) related to that system. There are junk yards for a.t.v.'s, maybe they will be careful removing the wires.
