Looking for a good set of CV axle boots

Hello all..
Would anyone have measurements for a stock 2008 grizzly 700 front axle boot?
I am wondering are all boots the same quality as in aftermarket?

Thank you
Matt

Best boots are made by Norrex.
You'll find them called Fast Boots.
One boot fits all cv's on a Griz.
Comes with bands, grease and a band winding tool.

These Norrec boots are pretty slick. I would suggest you pick up a transmission fluid funnel and make a cone to use for installation so you don't need to separate the joint from the shaft.

Touch typing demons! Thanks Ty

I've been using these for 10-12 years. Great for the 660 cause these boot also fit the cv front drive shaft.
I always keep a couple in the shop.

Yep I remember your past posts on them, that's the only reason I knew of the site. They're what I'll be using the first time my 450 needs one.

Didn't you have a 700 recently?

I have some parts for the 450 Griz, a new belt, maybe some tie rod ends. A have those Fox podium shocks one needs to be rebuilt. I have to look around for anything else.
Maybe I'll have to come over for a ride. Still in Elk River?

No 700 for me, have coached cuz and uncle through working on theirs, but good memory on all the rest 👍

Oh I's gots guys that can do shock rebuilds if that's all it takes to help you clear that bench space. Another excuse to find a trail to meet up and ride sounds like a horrible idea too.

Thank you guys for information.
I am going to order a set and give it a try.
Both my outer boots got ripped.
Changing it with out removing the cv joint sounds interesting but i will have to see a video on that.

If you've riden with a ripped boot I would recommend taking the joint apart for a good clean and re grease it's only a 10min job and easy to do.
