zilla 27's or 28 's ?

Hey guys, I'm sure this question has been asked and beaten up a few times but here goes.
I just found a set of factory s.e. wheels I wanted so badly. Now what I need to know is;
Will 28 zilla lites rub anywhere without a lift ? Or do I need to stick with 27's ?
Will probably purchase at least a 10" width.
My Grizz is a 2014 700.

Most report that zillas measure on the small side
So expect a 28" would be closer to 27". I don't believe 28" tires would be a problem. Not from personal experience but what I often read about on this site.

Yes that is what I've also read about the height, wasn't sure about the width though.
And I'm guessing a 1.5mm shim would bring it back to near original ratio IF I noticed any change ?

Those tires are very light soo you may not even need any clutch mods. Worth a try as is. But if you do notice enough difference, 1.5 mm shims will help.
