95 Kodiak Dies While Running

I have a 95 Kodiak 400 dies while running might run 5 minutes or an hour will just die looses power sometimes it restarts sometimes runs a few seconds and dies again sometimes it takes 5-30 miuntes and runs fine I have rebuilt carb changed the plug and checked the valves

Just a shot in the dark but have you checked your fuel tank vacuum line to make sure it's not plugged?

If you think that was stupid, Just wait until you see what I do next

Sounds like a fuel supply problem like carb or tank screen. On my old Big bear 400 I had a similar problem and knew the carb was clean because it was cleaned recently but I took the bowl off and found a big black ant in it.....Still don't know how it got there but that fixed it.

If you know for sure the fuel tank vent in the cap is good, then look into rebuilding the fuel shutoff valve. The internal smiley face O-ring could be in pieces.
