Comments: Install was a bit of a bear. Instruction said to install bolts for the loops that go over the cross bar first. Next install the bolts in the bottom tubes that go in place of the skid plate front bolts. These would not line up I had to remove the skid plate all together as well as the bolts for the top loops. Then I held the skid plate up while holding the bumper up with the help of a bungy cord, and started the lower bolt first. Next I pivoted the bumper up and installed the bolts for the top loops. Finished bolting the skid plate back on, and done.

Comments: 1. Remove airbox and battery access covers.
2. Remove airbox lid and rubber securing strap on front of airbox.
3. Remove 4 10mm bolts from pod mounting bracket, 2 each side, do not disconnect any wires from pod, just let it lay there.
4. Loosen 2 14mm bolts from base of bushing support.
5. Clean steering stem and slide bushing and support up the stem.
6. Pry back retainers from the bolt heads of the bushing clamping bolts.
7. Remove 12mm clamping bolts.
8. Remove OEM bushing
9. Lightly grease OMI bushing and reassemble in reverse order.
10. I changed out the straight grease fitting with a 45* one. I put that block on the back side of the stem with the fitting on the right as you are sitting on the Grizz. I did a test run on greasing it, and with the handle bar cover removed, I can reach it just fine.
