so i recently sunk my 700, i did everything your supposed to when you do, changed oil 3 times, changed diff fluid, changed filters, and today i went out and drove across the road to fill up one of the tires and it started sputtering at pretty high rpm, it runs perfect at all other rpm, any ideas?

Water is gas tank perhaps.

Is there any lights flashing on the display? In particular the reverse indicator light. This may indicate an issue with some wiring to the reverse switch or something with the 4wd system.

It could be a fuel issue as @Fireman2 indicated or fuel pump issue.

When you can go out for a long day ride try adding injector cleaner, I would start with a half tank of gas treated with the injector cleaner, and then add gas later in the day to dilute before ending the day.
You didn't tell us the year, has it ever had the valve lash checked?
