Hi everybody,
Recently I picked up a new to me 08 grizzly 700fi. I noticed anytime the key is on, the fan is running. I've done some basic checks, the relay for the fan is being triggered. I disconnected the pigtail from the coolant temp sensor in the head and fan still runs. I can jump the pigtail at the head and I will get the high temp light to turn on. The coil for the relay recieves power on what looks like a Grey wire anytime the key is on. Next to it is a small yellow with red stripe wire that I assume would be a triggered ground for the coil of the relay. Ohmed this wire and I'm not showing a solid ground when the key is on, however relay instantly triggers when plugged in. Would anybody happen to have seen this before? Does the ecu trigger the ground side?
