Have a `98 Grizzly 600; won't go over 10 MPH . We removed primary and secondary. Primary was gooey with old grease but wasn't filled with mud or anything. Can it be clutch ? if so, can you suggest somewhere to purchase ? Other suggestions ? thanks in advance

The weights in the primary clutch can fall out of the channels they ride in if not careful, when this happens it will limit how far the primary can open and subsequently how fast the machine will go.

You may want to disassemble and make sure everything is where its supposed to be.

How does the engine run? Having any issues with the carb? If so, you might want to check the air lines connected to the carb. If one is plugged, it can cause a serious lack of acceleration and speed. It happened to our ‘04 Kodiak 450.
