Hello , im new here, not sure if there a post for this, but here we go. My carburetor is leaking from the bottom.. right where that screw is. How do I stop this?. I ordered a rebuild kit, cause these carburetors are expensive. Lol. Also anyone know where that wire goes ?. The one with the hook on it?. I circled the leak and the wire with the hook. Thank you for all the help.

It's most likely the floats but rather than needing adjusting I would bet either the needle jet or the seat has deteriorated. This is preventing the fuel supply to the bowl from getting shut off. Should be a fairly east fix, good luck.
ETA; After thinking about it a little more if it was the floats the gas shouldn't be leaking from the bottom. That port is only for draining the bowl so maybe something is stuck in there stopping it from shutting all the way.
