I am changing the rear brakes on my 05 BB, and the nut that attaches to the wheel that has the cotter pin won't budge. I have tried WD40 and even an impact gun. Still, nothing. What should I do? Thanks in advance

Use a bigger impact or a bigger breaker bar. It will come but it will need some force.

That nut is on there crazy tight from the factory. If a quality impact gun wont do it try a breaker bar with a pipe on the end. The last time I did one of these it was a bear to get off. But dont give up it will come loose.

Put a bar across the lug studs and let it sit on the floor to prevent the axle from turning. You can also get someone else to hold the front brakes really tight. Put the ATV in 4WD and this will prevent the rear axle from turning.
