Hey guys new member here,

i Inherited a work project from my father in law, his neglected and beaten up Bruin. I want to start working on it but it seems I’m going to need to start with an oil leak that it has.The engine oil is totally empty (ended up on the trailer he had it parked on) and I’m trying to diagnose the part I need to order and replace. I’ve attached a couple photos and would really appreciate a push in the right direction so I can bring this machine back from the dead!

Welcome from Colorado.
I would start with getting a f.s.m. here;
Give'r' a good bath then focus on the engine running properly. I would give it a full tune-up and service then hit the starter to see/feel/listen to what you have and determine how bad the leak is and what parts are needed.
