I have a 2007 grizzly and my fan is running all the time when started. even cold. in the dIAG screen D06 shows a "-30" for the coolant temp all the time. never changes. so two questions.
Would this cause the fan to stay on? and where is the sensor i need to replace.
Thank you for any help you can offer.

We first need to know which Grizzly you have? 80, 125, 350, 450, 660, 700?
They were all available that year.

The Grizzly 700 has 2 thermo activated sensors. One is called a thermo sensor, the other is called a thermoswitch.
Go to any online yamaha parts diagrams (use Google to find lots of them), click through the menus to find your specific model, go to "electrical 1" diagram, parts 11 and 31 are what your looking for.
One operates the red overheat light, and the other turns on the fan. I have no idea which one operates what, but if I remember correctly the fan wiring actually goes through the CDI on the 700. But I could be wrong.
Best bet would be to download a factory service manual from tradebit.com for less than $20 and have all this information available.
