I am thinking $3750. Does that seem about right?
Thanks Mainegrizz, I am not sure what the Grizz is worth, 5000 miles estimated, condition is such that I would sell to friend or family member, my son might end up with it, I have another Grizz bought, just gotta convince the little lady that I can sell hers for x amount of dollars to fund towards newer, more dollar model.Around here, stock, in real nice condition, if 2000 miles or under, 4800 to 5100. I paid 5100 for my '08 with 420 miles on it when I bought it in 2015. With desirable upgrades, add a couple hundred. Up over 2000 miles, price starts to drop. 3000 miles and up, 3500 to 4500. It seems like in this neck of the woods, either someone is selling an older atv but with super low miles, or it's a used up basket case. Lot of them being sold in real nice shape so the owner can get a side x side. Mind you, this is what I see around here. Must be a lot more competition for selling stuff where you are, lots more people!
I just did a quick online search in the Uncle Henry's Swap and Sell it Guide for Grizzlys listed for sale in Maine. There is a stock 07 with 1100 miles, with eps, $4995. A stock 08, non eps, 2200 miles, $3950, another 08, non eps but with a few extras, only 800 miles, $4200, and a 2010, eps, big tires and wheels, rear seat with foot pegs, bumpers and led lights, 2186 miles, $5500. Of course these are just the asking price but it gives you an idea. With a nice machine like yours, but with 5000 miles, it would probably be a hard sell around here for much over $3500. Good luck! Thanks Mainegrizz, I am not sure what the Grizz is worth, 5000 miles estimated, condition is such that I would sell to friend or family member, my son might end up with it, I have another Grizz bought, just gotta convince the little lady that I can sell hers for x amount of dollars to fund towards newer, more dollar model.
Check that. I just re-read the list of goodies on your 09. All spiffed up and shiny, with those really good upgrades you have done, someone would be nuts to balk at $4500 to $5000 I would think. Christ, a new one outfitted like that will be $10,000 +!!I just did a quick online search in the Uncle Henry's Swap and Sell it Guide for Grizzlys listed for sale in Maine. Yep, my 15' Grizz, about right.Check that. I just re-read the list of goodies on your 09. All spiffed up and shiny, with those really good upgrades you have done, someone would be nuts to balk at $4500 to $5000 I would think. Christ, a new one outfitted like that will be $10,000 +!!
Now that sounds like a plan!!I might take it all way back to stock except tires and rims and sell for 3000ish, price will probably get higher as I clean it.....lol
You are right about that, for sure. I think these days with the low to no interest rates offered on brand new stuff, once you get into that $7000 + range for used, a lot of guys will just finance a brand new one instead. If someone looks into credit unions though, most of them offer around 3% on rec. vehicles in the 3 to 4 year old range. I'd rather pay 3% on $7000 than 1.9% on $10,000!Resale is a funny thing. I've been trying to sell my 2016 for 3-4 months. I have it listed for $7,000 which I think is a great deal for a nice used machine with 1,400 miles. There is 0 interest in the machine.
In December of 2015 I sold my 2009 550 with 4,800 miles for $4,700. I couldn't believe it to be honest.
