My son sunk his grizzly 450 in a mud hole, I drained the clutch case but since it won’t go over 15mph or approx 2000 rpm even with full throttle. I bought a carb kit and replaced the jets in the float bowl and cleaned everything(it wasn’t even dirty) put it back together and still having the same problem. There was one jet in the carb kit that I didn’t replace because I didn’t want to dig too deep in the carb. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is the reverse/diff lock speed limiter kicking in?

Was water in the engine?

Pull the connectors to the front diff actuator. There will be 2 of them. Clean both connectors using contact cleaner or brake cleaner. Apply dielectric grease and re-connect.
Try that to see if it works. If water gets in those connectors, it can cause the diff lock limiter to engage while riding.
