Does anyone have these tires on stock wheels. I look them up and only find these on aftermarket wheels. Quite honestly, I hate the way they look. I have seen 25 big horns on some SS312's and like those. I am going to stick with the wheels I have for now, and they are stock offset.

I don't have pictures of these tires on stock wheels, but I did ride a stock 550 for a week with that combination. I say stock as in the engine and C.V.T. set-up.
I borrowed the 550 from a buddy a few months after bending several part on my 660, and the 660 was out of commission. This was done to ride with another G.C. member visiting the area.
The tires did O.K. in the local conditions, and were new to the bike, and after less than 400 miles showed tremendous wear over the week long use.
I offered to buy my friend another set of tires, but he didn't care about the wear. He sold the bike before ever riding it.
The 550 had near 2000 miles showing when I started, so near 2500 miles the tires looked like they had been on the machine for a while.
You can look at the conditions from this area here,

What width tires are you planning on running?

9inch in front 10inch in back. But I am open to opinions.
Like Ridgway says above other guys run these sizes on stock wheels. And he runs stock wheels as well on his own 660. You'll have no issues in those sizes. Run 'em.

I don't want to start yet another thread. Maybe I should. The competition is bighorns vs dirt tamers. I have had people say big horns are junk, weak side walls. Then Ridgeway pops up saying dirt tamers are junk, bad tread wear.
