Help needed-
My 2011 350cc Grizzly 4x4 isn't working - when engaged in 2 wheel drive the centre drive to the front diff spins but when 4 wheel drive is engaged the servo motor operates to engage the 4x4 but the shaft to the front diff stops spinning to drive the front wheels !!! Any help more than welcomed and idea of how big a job it is to fix. Thanks in Advance

You more than likely have stripped splines on the engine-side of the front driveshaft. Only an inspection will tell for sure, but that is the most common failure in these situations.
Remove the front diff mounting bolts and move the fort diff forward in the frame. This will allow you to remove the front driveshaft. There will be small spring in the rear coupling....makes sure not to lose it.

You may have to remove the front lower a-arms in order to remove the diff mounting bolts. In some cases, you need to remove or loosen the front bumper in order to remove the lower a-arm front bolts.

If you find stripped splines, you'll need both a new front driveshaft and a new coupling.

For a parts breakdown of it. Just Google "Yamaha ATV parts". Click on any parts site you like. Navigate through until you find your model of ATV. Click on the "Front Differential". Item #36 is the coupling.
