4th Annual Anniversary Trip To Kellogg ID
Well it's that time of year again. Spent our weekend in Northern Idaho. We stayed at the Morning Star Lodge @ Silver Mountain. It has It's own indoor water park, outdoor fire places, roof top hot tubs and more. We didn't spend as much time riding since we brought all the kids, so we spent most of the time at the water park ha.
Or riding took place once again up Big Creek, a couple miles East of Kellogg off the freeway. We ride up to Lake Elsie, and up past Hidden Lake. The trails here are endless, and we are already planning our trip next year to ride from Kellogg to Wallace, and from Kellogg to Guard Peak Lookout. We met a lot of people along the way. It was pretty dusty still, but we'll worth the trip.
The only issue we had was a plugged crank case valve on the raptor 90. It was blowing oil out of the dip stick when i went to check it. I was able to find and fix it on the trail. Aside from that, it was a successful trip. Enjoy.
