New here and new owner of a well kept 1997 big bear 350. So I have started to fix minor issues with the BB. One issue is both front cv axle boots are split. Rather than taking them apart and replacing the boots, I wanted to replace the whole axle as they are rusted. I ordered new axles from sixity.com (which they listed the exact model as the one I own YFM350FWSJ) and wouldn't fit. Does anyone have a link for the correct part or should I just replace the boots?

I would just replace the boots. If the acles are just rusted but thats all then just do the boots..Of course check first to make sure neither of the joints need to be repaired. I was going to do the whole axle idea myself but was to nervous to get them online and they be the wrong size. So i just went to my local yamaha dealership and got the boots. Pretty simple to do yourself.

The axles exposed areas will rush, inside the boots with grease everything is fine.
