I have a 2001 grizzly 600 that keeps blowing the 20 amp fuse. I read where I need to trace the lines to see if there is a wire messed up. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about that? Like take off the body or what would be a good start?
Also the fuse did not blow until I changed my front and rear tires. I got it home and it wouldn't start then I found the blown fuse.

What circuit is the fuse for?

Place a test lamp in place of the fuse across the terminals. Unplug any connectors in the circuit it feeds one at a time. When the lamp goes out, you have narrowed the short down. To pin point it,plug the connector back in and run an old compass along the suspected area on the harness. when the needle deflects, you have found your short.

Read the wiring labels in your owners manual to see what it goes to. Follow the wire and remove what needs to be removed to trace the wire.
