Must of gotten a rock between the A arm and fitting. Bak lower. Anyone else have this happen?

I would think you could just use the proper size easy out and pull the remaining threads. If it s too tight you may need to remove the control arms bolts and the big axle nut to repair it to seperate the knuckle assembly.

It's a tight spot. It's new so shouldn't be too tight. Only 400 kms on it.

I wouldn't spend much time trying to remove it in place. You can remove that hub in about 5 minutes (tire, axle nut, brake caliper, a-arm bolts) and then its on the bench easy to fix especially if you need to tap it.
