I have a 2003 grizzly 660 that the OEM stator went on it I replaced it with a Ricks hotshot and now it is spraying coolant at high pressure from the overflow line completely draining the radiator but not touching the overflow tank until after the rad is empty thought it was just purging air refilled the radiator 5 times and it just keeps shooting coolant any help is appreciated
I don't have an hour or mile reading as the display is nonfunctioning

A video will help us help you best.
What happens if you leave the radiator cap off?
Does it purge the cooling system when cold? or does the engine need to get hot?
May have the water pump installed wrong.

I have to go down to my buddys house to get a video should have one in a few hours but as soon as the engine starts it starts shooting coolant

I'll double check when I go down to my buddys house
My buddy tore it back down after I left the internal seals on the water pump are shot and it will need either rebuilt or replaced

Get both seals for the water pump ordered and be careful pressing in the mechanical seal, they can damage easily. You might want to replace the water pump bearing as well while you’re in there but those can be OK, just depends.

Replaced the pump in it's entirety and there's good news and bad news the good news is it runs without spraying coolant bad news is the old water pump wasn't functioning once we started it up we discovered the head gasket is severely blown based on the clouds of white smoke that poured from the exhaust
