Does anyone know approximately what temp the muffler on a grizzly 600 will get to? I'm repairing my muffler and have some 500 degree paint and I'm wondering if it will be enough.

It's get real hot.
When I repaired my factory muffler, I used automotive exhaust header/manifold paint. It worked great. One spray can it lots. I got several coats with one can.
