Hi guys, Im loving the 2014 grizzly 700 I got a few months ago . I ride every wknd.
I have noticed it getting hot, cutting new trails. I can hear the coolant boiling. My question is, about the fan. It turns on for a min or 2, then back off a min.Even while the machine is off ( key on) It continues to turn on and off. I would think the fan should run til it cools off. Is this a fan issue, or some relay or sensor ? I considered wiring it direct, but I'd rather have it work correctly. I'll be changing the coolant today.
Thanks for any help

More than likely a failing thermo sensor or thermo switch.
There is both a Thermo Switch and a Thermo Sensor on the Grizzly 700. One turns on the red over-temp light, while the other controls the fan on/off.

Go to any online parts diagrams. Go to "Electrical 1" diagram.
Items #12 and #33 are what your looking for.
