good winch/box for trailer

I have a new trailer that I will need a winch and tool box for. Does anyone have recommendations for a nice tongue box and/or winch. I'm a big fan of Warn in general for off road but this winch will be kept inside out of the weather and only used rarely so I'm trying to not pay top dollar for one.

@jvictory1974, Harbor Freight has a pretty darn nice steel tongue mount trailer box for about $80.00. I was thinking I needed one at one point and looked them over quite hard, they are decent, especially for the money. As for winches, at our shop we have 4 of the Traveller brand winches from Tractor Supply that we use in the shop on cranes we made for lifting and moving heavy boat propellers( up to 300 lbs or so) The reviews on them are not real good, but they have been working great for us so far, over a year of constant use. They were only $75 or $80 I think, they are the 2500#. The Superwinch Terra is highly rated, and less money that Warn.

I have one of Harbor Freight's and its hard to beat for the price-it's faded in the sun but it has a fair amount of space for securing a jack and can be locked
