Will the front wheels from a Yamaha yfm600 fit my 2011 grizzly 550?

Welcome to the forum. Same stock 12" rim size and same 4/110 bolt pattern = yes.

Yes the front wheels will fit fine.
The rears will not. They will bolt up, but they will be extremely wide on your 550. The offset is completely different.
