Having issues getting grizzly started, replaced battery thinking that was the problem wasn’t so I tried jumping the relay solonoid and every-time I connect the leads from the solonoid to jump it I lose complete power and it won’t jump it off. Any one have any recommendations or help out at all that would be appreciated.

Welcome from Colorado.
Look for a bad ground.
Is the display on, and the engine turning over?

That's most likely low voltage, now the why needs to be determined.
Check the connections and have the battery load tested.
Years ago I had a buddy whine and _itch his 550 would not start, and the display went blank when he hit the start button, all after installing a new battery on his P.O.S. 550.
The ground was not tight, and once tight everything worked on his sweet heart.
