So planning on taking apart the bike this weekend for a usual deep cleaning prior to winter. But I am also planning on grabbing some measurements on the stock crap shocks in hopes to find something off a snowmobile that will bolt right up.

I accomplished this on my YFZ years ago and used a Polaris 440 race sled front shocks and they were perfect for where I ride and how I ride.

Stay tuned for details...

Turns out the fronts are about 17-5/8” center to center. Called my buddy and he said he’s got a set of Polaris Walker Evans shocks will bolt up perfectly. He said they are off the IQR series sleds but a lot of those were “race” sleds so might be able to find a set of take offs. Unfortunately he doesn’t have any in stock but he did give me a few eBay links. $420 for a pair, then I’ll have them rebuilt to my riding style. Looks like I’ll have some fun this winter! Plowing the driveway that is...
