Of course it is !! After a day in the woods (in my case) I would even question getting him a 90. However, managed and supervised riding was a lot of fun.

All depends on the kid and the terrain.

Apples/oranges.. but I was riding adult snowmobiles at that age.

I've seed videos of kiddos even younger slaying some mud holes lol.

Personally, i would say that kid has potential, he understands throttle control, most kids these days don't.
At his age i was already operating heavy equipment, although my feet just touched the pedals when i was on the edge of the seat, but i grew up next to a gravel pit and my brothers worked in construction so that was just life.

My parents started me on our 350 moto 4 at the age of 7. My foot wasn't even strong enough to shift gears lol....
So your video looks like good parenting to me.

All depends on his skills. I was riding a YZ 80 at 7 and a 125 the following year, but I started on a 50 at 3 yrs old.
