Hey I am new here but figured I’d throw a question out to you guys. I just bought a 2011 grizzly 550 and am having a problem wher the starter relay fuse keeps blowing. The weird thing is if I start it and disconnect the battery it will run fine without blowing, also if I keep the battery connected and disconnect the voltage regulator also no problem. But if both are connected it will run for anywhere between 20seconds - 1 min then it blows the display lights up green with nothing on it and only cranks and won’t fire until I change the fuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Chase the wire to the short.
Do a continuity test in sections when possible to save time.

Thank you for the reply. Since it runs with no problem on both sources of power separately do you think it could still be a short ? I would assume if there was a short it would blow when running without the other plugged in as well ?

Go with your assumption and when you get tired of replacing fuses, look for a short.
You ever heard of a good wire causing a short, blown fuse? You are getting high amps, why?
