It does this at idle and light gas is this normal knock for cvt or not I’m new to cvt

If it the slappin sound that im hear its normal i freaked out when my new grizz made the noise but confirmed with the peepz here it is normal

When you have a concern under the cover, I suggest removing the cover to inspect.
I start by looking for debris around the pulleys, then count the ratio and inspect the belt.
Let us know what you find.

The CVT does make a knocking sound. However you may want to open up for case for a look. If nothing else you can see how it works.

Consider posting in a signature with what machine you are riding, helps get good info.
