It sounds like a pinched belt when the nut was torqued, and the first few cycles of the pulley exposed the slack of the cam plate to the shaft.

On the side bbn of the head there's like some kind of guide pin roller that came out I have no idea what it is

Yes. There is bolt # 2 in the diagram above that keeps the shaft in place. Get yourself a factory service manual.
