It sounds like a pinched belt when the nut was torqued, and the first few cycles of the pulley exposed the slack of the cam plate to the shaft.

On the side bbn of the head there's like some kind of guide pin roller that came out I have no idea what it is

Yes. There is bolt # 2 in the diagram above that keeps the shaft in place. Get yourself a factory service manual.

Yea told them the whole bike is almost brand new but they didn't care they said it wasn't worth their time and I should just buy a new one

Yep gues ill try youtubing this **** and doing it myself.....really didn't want to though cux learning on that clutch costed me alot of money lol
